For in-studio classes, we recommend you bring your own yoga mat and yoga blankets. Please bring a large towel. Blocks, chairs, and belts will be available in-studio; mats and blankets are available if needed.

*One-year Iyengar Yoga experience required for Level 2 course. Pre-registration required.

  • All classes must be reserve with the teacher and a waiver signed prior to class

  • Students are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to class.

  • It is recommended that students wear shorts or footless tights, t-shirts, or leotards. Bare feet are essential and shoes must be removed upon entering the studio.

  • Cleanliness is an integral part of yoga. Clothes and bodies should be clean.

  • For in-studio classes, no perfumes, please.

  • Food should not be eaten for at least two hours prior to class. Avoid drinking water during class.

  • Regular classes may not be held during major public/religious holidays or during special workshops and events.
