Food should not be eaten for at least two hours prior to class. Avoid drinking water during class. It is recommended that students wear shorts or footless tights, t-shirts, or leotards. Regular classes may not be held during major public/religious holidays or during special workshops and events.
For in-studio classes, we recommend you bring your own yoga mat and yoga blankets. Please bring a large towel. Blocks, chairs, and belts will be available in-studio; mats and blankets are available if needed.
For online classes, students are asked to log into the class 5 minutes prior to the start time. Students are recommended to have a yoga mat, 4 or more firm blankets, 2 blocks, 1 or 2 straps, 1 or 2 yoga chairs (folding chairs with the back removed) and a bolster (optional).
