For in-studio classes, we recommend you bring your own yoga mat and yoga blankets. Please bring a large towel. Blocks, chairs, and belts will be available in-studio; mats and blankets are available if needed.

All classes must be reserved with the teacher and a waiver signed prior to class.
Students are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to class.
It is recommended that students wear shorts or footless tights, t-shirts, or leotards. Bare feet are essential and shoes must be removed upon entering the studio.
Cleanliness is an integral part of yoga. Clothes and bodies should be clean.
For in-studio classes, no perfumes, please.
Food should not be eaten for at least two hours prior to class. Avoid drinking water during class.
Regular classes may not be held during major public/religious holidays or during special workshops and events.
