September Membership Drive

Asanas for Insomnia

Fee: Free for members, $15 for non-members










Come and join us for a special class taught by Rachel Polednak, CIYT.  Sleep is some of the most important rest we can give ourselves, but with an over-active mind it can be challenging to settle down.  Rachel will teach poses to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system so we learn a practice that will serve us in our lives for years to come.
